Jodeen “discovered” yoga 17 years ago, and hasn’t been the same since. She has studied with many amazing teachers: Rodney Yee, Shiva Rea, Max Strom, Julian Walker and Saul David Raye among them. She is always going to workshops and expanding her experiences and knowledge to share with her students and to take into her own growth in her own life. She is also a Thai Massage Therapist, a dance freak and an actress.
Jodeen teaches “Alchemical Flow” yoga on Saturday mornings from 9-10:30 am.

Start your Saturday with some Magic. Vinyasa inspired flow. Slower but intense. Longer holding of poses, liquid fire fluidity. to clear and create open space within. Stride deeper into your own heart space and see what happens. Some yoga experience recommended.Her class is a vinyasa flow, dance inspired, breath driven practice. Emphasis on slowing down, moving deeper within. Playful yet focused. Some yoga experience helpful.
